Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team:
As part of Group Communications, you will join the team which oversees all Group-wide communications and connects international teams to the core narrative and positioning of the Bank. This is fast-paced, high stakes work that affects our reputation and valuation, working directly with the CEO and members of the senior management team.

YOUR CHALLENGE
During the programme, you will:
Create and edit impactful content, for both your colleagues (internal) and to directly and indirectly reach external audiences (clients, investors, media, among others)
Evaluate AI tools that can be incorporated to improve efficiency and consistency in communications
Support team projects as we work to continuously improve what and how we are delivering messages that matter
Help incorporate an international mindset into everything we do
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in journalism, communications, or business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
Initial practical experience in a corporate environment and with strong writing skills, and familiarity with AI platforms, digital communications and social media capabilities; project coordination experience is a plus
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
Fluency in English, with German and other languages being a plus
