Working Student – Legal Financial Products & Institutionals 40-60% (f/m/d), fixed term until 31 December 2026

• Conducting legal checks for new subscriptions of alternative investments, so-called Non-Traditional Funds (NTF)

• Providing administrative support in day-to-day business regarding Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives (framework agreements, transaction confirmations) and structured products

• Supporting the legal and documentation teams with legally relevant tasks within Global Products and Services (GPS) and Custody

• Performing legal research in various areas

• Managing the team’s general mailbox

• Minimum 2 semesters of study in law or economics, or at a university of applied sciences with an economic course of study; completion of a bachelor's degree is advantageous

• Banking experience is beneficial

• Interest in economic contexts as well as regulatory issues

• Proactive, independent and practical approach to work

• High level of performance and reliability

• Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Proficiency in both German and stylistically sound English, written and spoken
