Your role

  • Advising, supporting, and assisting managers and employees on personnel and labour law matters
  • Responsibility for the operational HR day-to-day business from A to Z for the assigned location(s)
  • Active participation in development processes and projects

Your profile

  • A commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
  • Many years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in healthcare
  • A sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
  • Ambition to develop yourself and HR at tilia further
